High Adventure Paragliding

High Adventure has been owned and operated by David Wainwright in Laurieton on the beautiful Mid North Coast of Australia since 2012. Known globally for his patient, cool, calm and collected demeanour, Dave is considered to be one of Australia’s most highly regarded instructors. As well as instructing, High Adventure also run Tandem Paragliding joy flights.

Tandem flights are a great way to enjoy the full paragliding aerial experience, without having to first learn how to launch and control the paraglider yourself. They fly coastal and mountain tandems at a variety of locations depending on the conditions. Each person has their own harness, and the passenger and instructor are connected together. The Tandem instructor sits in the back and the passenger sits in front.
When the wind is right you build energy by running together as the wing comes overhead into the flying position. Then you are lifted off the ground, up, up, and away! The flight will last at least twenty minutes, maybe more depending on the conditions. The views are spectacular!
